When you give us the “Go Ahead”
  • We will ensure our Agreement is completed accurately and that you understand it.
  • We will respect your wishes in terms of Listing Price and Sales Method
  • We will commence work on your property immediately
  • We will cast a wide advertising net to ensure we get maximum exposure for you
  • We will make sure every team member is familiar with your property and all of its features
  • We will be enthusiastic about your property and share that enthusiasm with buyers

When we carry out Inspections at the property
  • We will endeavour to show your property at times covenient to you
  • We will ensure your property is treated with respect
  • We will protect your privacy
  • We will double check to make sure the home is left secure when we leave
  • We will give you feedback on what the potential buyer said after each inspection
  • We will help you interpret and address genuine feedback

When we prepare a Contract
  • We will take the time necessary to ensure that the Contract Details are correct
  • We will welcome and respect your Solicitors input
  • We will negotiate with your potential buyer in a timely manner
  • We will respect your instructions
  • We will provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision

While negotiating a Contract
  • We will present all offers to you for your consideration
  • We will act immediately as time is of the essence in any negotiation
  • We will support you through the negotiation process
  • We will listen to and respect your instructions
  • We will keep your confidence in all our dealings with you
  • We will always remember that our Seller is our Client and keep your interests at heart

When the Contact has been signed
  • We will co-ordinate all Valuation/Building/Pest Inspection times which may be part of the Contract
  • We will facilitiate communication between you and the Buyer
  • We will work with the Buyer to ensure that no Deadlines are missed
  • We will notify you when each Condition is satisfied
  • We will liase between yourselves and the buyer in the event issues arise
  • We will do all in our power to keep a Contact on track and progessing

When the deal is complete
  • We will confirm settlement times with you
  • We will keep you informed of the progress of the settlement on the day
  • We will account to you immediately after Settlement
  • We will be there whenever you need help in another Real Estate Matter
