Craig commenced his career in Real Estate over 31 years ago, and as a long-term local he knew that WJ Tobin would be the agency to build his career. He has never looked back, only forward; and his ongoing success has seen him consistently be the leading Agent at WJ Tobin and one of the leading Agents in his area.
Craig doesn’t seek accolades or awards, but his loyalty to WJ Tobin has seen him recently become a partner of the Firm, assuming the position of Principal. He is still actively listing and selling properties as this is his passion, however, he is now also mentoring and assisting his team to reach their goals and at the same time driving the business to new heights.
Craig’s strengths are his tenacity, his communication skills, his ability to negotiate and his sheer unrelenting passion for his chosen career. Now in his fourth decade of Real Estate, Craig still has the same commitment and enthusiasm as when he first started. He has always been a team player putting the interests of WJ Tobin’s clients first before his own individual results. He has listed and sold thousands of homes over the years, and has formed strong relationships with many past and present residents in the area.
A large portion of Craig’s business is now referral based – he has established trust and built a solid reputation as a top calibre Agent who embraces the challenge of securing great results for his clients. Honesty and integrity are values held tightly by Craig and he will never compromise these to secure business. I am a highly motivated professional, I am passionate about Real Estate and have worked in the Industry for over 30 years! My long standing career with Tobin Real Estate began in 1995 and I am very proud to be celebrating my 26th year with the company.
Initially, I came to the office in the role of Property Manager and was responsible for the management of over 500 Rental Properties. The position gave me the opportunity to further develop and hone my communication and negotiation skills as well as gain a first hand insight into Investment Property and all its challenges and rewards. While we no longer have a Rent Roll at our office, many of my Lessors remain as Real Estate clients and it is so rewarding to have built such relationships.
Having worked in this locality for such a long time, I have accumulated a vast knowledge and understanding of our local area and, just as importantly, our local market conditions. This knowledge is invaluable to my success in getting the job done for all of my Clients.
I am one of those lucky people who can honestly say I love doing what I do. My greatest satisfaction in my career comes from providing my clients with the very best of service I can offer and enjoying the prospect of meeting new and interesting people along the way (many of whom have become friends).

Jack joined us in early 2020 and has hit the ground running!
Since joining Tobins, Jack has obtained his Real Estate Salesperson Licence and is now gaining invaluable industry experience in both administration and sales, by working closely with our very experienced Sales Team.
Jack has a quiet, calm, and logical approach to his work. Troubleshooting and problem solving are his forte. His attention to detail is second to none.
In his spare time, Jack is co-ordinating and working on the restoration of a 1973 Valiant Charger. He also enjoys playing guitar and advancing his extensive Information Technology skills (Jack is our “go to tech” in the office).
Jack thrives on hard work, and is available 7 days a week.
When Jack Tobin retired in 1979, Alan assumed ownership of the business and has taken it from strength to strength ever since. After 35 years as the Sole Principal of WJ Tobin Real Estate, Alan has been joined by Craig Loudon as Co-Principal. Alan’s commitment to keeping WJ Tobin at the forefront of local Real Estate grows stronger and more focused each day and together this dynamic duo is unbeatable!
Alan brings a wealth of experience, a vast amount of local market knowledge and, perhaps most importantly, a genuine understanding of how our Business can achieve outstanding results for our Sellers and our Buyers.

Today, Alan continues to liaise with clients, but he is also always in the background, supporting and guiding our Team, to ensure that nothing is missed and that we deliver on all of our service commitments. He always welcomes feedback from our Sellers and Buyers and values every comment as an opportunity to evolve and grow.
Alan has overseen a major office refurbishment which has delivered a fantastic new and streamlined work environment.
Away from the Office, Alan is a family man with 5 children and 5 grandchildren. He enjoys both Rugby League and Rugby Union and is a Suncorp Stadium Member (never missing a Home Game). Classic Cars and Rock and Roll Music are Alan’s other interests, especially anything from the 60’s and 70’s!
